The CEO of the Des Amis Group The CEO is an international corporate/projects lawyer, as well as a horseman and a seasoned handicapper of thoroughbred horses. In order to lead the Des Amis Group, the CEO spent 6 months on a farm learning from a seasoned horseman and guiding such horseman to implement his sophisticated training regimen for thoroughbreds (“Training Regimen”). Accordingly, our CEO has first-hand training experience in the thoroughbred industry. The following are some of the CEO’s notable accomplishments that demonstrate his leadership skills and athletic background:- · Led his team (as captain) in 1982 to a Florida State Championship in Soccer. · Completed Ironman Brazil (a triathlon comprising a 2.4 mile swim; 112 mile bike; and 26.2 mile run) in under 13 hours on just (4) four weeks of training. · Won the Vector Personal Sales Award in 1991 (Top Salesman in southern region of US selling CUTCO cutlery). · Spent (4) four years meticulously analyzing and studying the thoroughbred industry and undertaking empirical breeding and genetics research relating to thoroughbreds in order to produce the Breeding Model. · Won a US$32.00 Pick-6 wager in 2006 that paid gross earnings in excess of US$13,000.00 and is an avid and successful Pick-4 handicapper. · Placed in several thoroughbred Handicapping contests in the US. · Has represented many multi-national companies in various mergers and acquisitions and international financings (and, therefore, has the corporate skills to take any of the Des Amis companies public when the timing is right). The Board of Directors of DARC The Board of Directors of DARC is mainly comprised of professional handicappers, horse owners, horsemen (who have experience handling, feeding and training thoroughbreds), and one physician (with expertise in cellular and muscular biochemistry). |
